Fluorescent PLA
WHAT IS FLUORESCENT PLA?
Monocure 3D fluorescent filament is a PLA so it makes it easy to print with. PLA (PolyLactic Acid) is a biodegradable plastic, made using cornstarch or sugarcane. It is a renewable raw material which is much more ecologically friendly and safer than ABS plastics. PLA plastics are more flexible as it does not require as high temperatures to manipulate the material; therefore a heated bed is not required (compared to ABS).
To achieve these vibrant colours, special fluorescent pigments are added to the polylactic acid.

APPLICATION & TIPS
PLA comes in many shades and styles, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
For best results, the thinner the layer, the slower you print, the higher quality you will get.
PLA filament is an easy-to-use material that will print perfectly with a standard type of nozzle.
For good adhesion to the print bed and easy removal, we recommend installing a WHAM BAM Flexible Build System on your FDM Printer.
