TPU
WHAT IS TPU?
TPU (Flexible Filament) is essentially plastic with rubber-like qualities, making it extremely flexible and durable. This filament is commonly used to produce automotive/boat parts, household appliances, and medical supplies.
Use TPU when creating objects that need to take a lot of wear. If your 3D printed part needs to bend, stretch or compress, our TPU filaments will be up for the task. Example prints might include toys, phone cases, or wearables (like wristbands).

APPLICATION & TIPS
TPU is well known for its applications in wire and cable jacketing, hose and tube, in adhesive and textile
coating applications.
For best results, the thinner the layer, the slower you print, the higher quality you will get.
Ideal for prints that require high abrasion resistance, low-temperature performance, high shear strength, high elasticity, transparency, oil and grease resistance.
For good adhesion to the print bed and easy removal, we recommend installing a WHAM BAM Flexible Build System on your FDM Printer.
