3D Rapid Tuff Resin
Description
Monocure 3D TUFF™ resin is a unique blend of advanced urethanes specifically designed to produce a part that possesses high tensile strength. These mechanical properties provide a right balance of strength, flexibility and a hard surface finish. Use M3D TUFF™ if you intend to 3D print robust engineering prototypes; it was designed to withstand high stress and strain. Once fully post-cured, TUFF™ can also be machined, painted or polished for further finishing.
TUFF™ requires post-curing to reach its optimal mechanical properties. We recommend using a 405nm LED Ultra-Violet light to post-cure the model. It is recommended to post-cure for at least 30mins to improve the tensile strength of the resin, but up to 2 hours will further enhance the mechanical properties.

Tuff resin is amazing stuff. It’s very resilient when fully cured and takes detail very well. I’ve used it for printing minis aswell as work applications and I’ve found it excellent for both. It’s probably the only resin I’ll use. Do your a favour and get some Resinaway aswell.

I love the Tuff resin range is all i use now on all of my projects i do alot of printing for detailed rc car parts and accessories as well as props and figures and just like the name its Tuff holds up better than any resin i have used and the quality it produces is amazing and prints perfect never had any issues

I was using Siraya Tech until I found this TUFF resin! It’s better in every way. Stronger, easier to print with (no more heating the resin), and way easier to clean up. Thanks Monocure 3D for another awesome product!
Excellent product tough enough i could use it to modify my washing machine and the part hasnt broken despite the stress and strain, and was able to use it to make the brackets for my powertools shelf so it is pretty tuff
its one of the best resins I have used not get many fails and when I do it’s the machine not the resin, it’s not smelly like same resins. it’s good stuff
This resin is probably the best resin I’ve used. I print alot of functional prints that need to be durable and the prints hold up. I also love printing toy figurines like what you would have got back in the 80’s and 90’s and this resin allows me to have the be played with as intended and not worry about the toys breaking. Keep up the good work.
I love the Rapid Tuff resins, I do alot of functional 3D prints that need to be strong and not brittle and this resin does the job.
