Wham Bam Systems have done it again! The creators of the original Flexible Build System for FDM machines have designed a specialized Flexible Build System for Resin printers.
- No more struggling to pop parts off the build surface
- No more hitting and scraping on your print head and possibly sending it out of alignment
- No more scratching the paint of your print head
- Wash and cure prints while still on Flexi Plate on fine deformable parts
- Continuous printing with a Double Wham, start another print before you start cleaning the first
The Double Wham kit contains:
- 1 WB Magnetic Base with 3M adhesive resistant to solvents and chemicals like resin, ResinAway, and isopropyl alcohol.
- 2 WB Flexi Build Plate (spring steel) with a custom etched texture on both sides
- 1 Piece of Sandpaper

This makes life so much easier. When a print is finished, I remove the plate and throw it in the cleaner. I then put the second build print on the printer and start printing again. Once the print is clean removing it from the plate is easy, flex the plate and it just comes straight off. No need for a scraper anymore.
Installation is easy stick the magnet to the build plate, wait a couple of days for the adhesive to reach full strength and then you are ready to go. The magnet is very strong so there is no issue of the flex plate falling off during a print. Removing the flex plate is easy as there is a small tab to grab to help separate the flex plate from the magnet.
