IncredaFILL is a UV-curable repair filler designed for resin 3D prints. It can be used to fill cracks, chips, air bubbles, layer imperfections, join printed parts and rebuild small missing sections before sanding and finishing.
IncredaFILL is designed to bond to most UV-cured resin 3D prints, including standard, engineering, dental and flexible resins. As with any repair product, we recommend testing on a small area first when using unfamiliar materials.
Apply the required amount of IncredaFILL and expose it to a 395 to 405 nm UV light source. Cure time depends on the thickness of the application and the power of the UV light, but most repairs cure within seconds.
Yes. Once fully cured, IncredaFILL can be sanded, drilled, filed, primed and painted, making it easy to blend repairs into the surrounding print.
For the best results, apply IncredaFILL in several thin layers rather than one thick application. Curing each layer individually helps ensure a complete cure and reduces the risk of uncured material remaining inside the repair.
The repair area should be clean, dry and free from uncured resin, grease or dust. Lightly sanding smooth surfaces can improve adhesion for some repairs.
Store IncredaFILL in its original container, tightly sealed and away from direct sunlight or other UV light sources. Keep it in a cool, dry place to maximise shelf life and prevent premature curing.
