Shipping Policy

At Monocure3D, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Australian Shipping

We offer a range of shipping options within Australia.

Australia Post Parcel Post

Suitable for most standard deliveries.

Estimated delivery times:

• NSW Metro: Approximately 2 business days
• NSW Regional: Up to 5 business days
• Interstate: Generally 3 to 6 business days, depending on location

Australia Post Express Post

Our fastest Australia-wide postal service.

Most metropolitan destinations are delivered the next business day where the Express Post network applies. Regional and remote areas may require additional transit time.

StarTrack Express

Recommended for larger or heavier consignments.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro areas: 1 to 2 business days
• Regional areas: Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days

International Shipping

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing and local courier networks.

DHL Express

DHL Express is our preferred international courier for fast delivery.

Typical delivery time is 3 to 5 business days to major international cities.

Please note:

• A physical street address is required. DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included in your order total.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia Post International

Australia Post provides an economical international shipping option.

Typical delivery time is 10 to 15 business days to major destinations.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

If an order is refused because customs charges have not been paid, any return shipping costs, customs charges and carrier fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
