Industrial SLA 3D Printer | Optima LT1000

The Optima LT1000 is a large-format industrial SLA 3D printer built for precision manufacturing and high-volume production. Featuring a 1000 × 1000 × 600 mm build volume, high-speed laser scanning, and exceptional dimensional accuracy, it is ideal for engineering, tooling, prototyping, and specialised manufacturing.

The Optima LT1000 is a high-performance industrial SLA 3D printer developed for manufacturers who require exceptional build capacity, precision, and reliability. Its expansive 1000 × 1000 × 600 mm build volume allows large components to be produced as a single piece or multiple parts to be printed simultaneously, improving production efficiency while reducing assembly and post-processing.

A customised UV laser combined with a high-end digital galvanometer produces a finely focused 0.1 mm laser spot, delivering excellent detail, smooth surface finishes, and outstanding dimensional accuracy. With scanning speeds of up to 6,000 mm per second, the LT1000 provides fast, consistent performance across the entire build platform.

The printer incorporates laser-based liquid level detection, helping maintain stable resin levels during extended print jobs for reliable, repeatable results. Adjustable layer thicknesses from 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm allow users to balance surface finish and production speed to suit individual applications.

Built with a robust industrial chassis and a removable resin tank for simplified maintenance, the LT1000 is designed for continuous operation in demanding production environments.

Compatible with a wide range of 355 to 380 nm photosensitive resins, including engineering, casting, tooling, and specialist materials, the LT1000 can also be paired with customised resin formulations developed to meet specific manufacturing requirements.

From large engineering prototypes and production tooling to composite moulds, architectural models, and specialised industrial components, the Optima LT1000 delivers the precision, reliability, and production capacity required by modern manufacturing.
