Asiga PRO 4K

Asiga PRO 4K

The Asiga PRO 4K is a high-throughput professional DLP platform for demanding dental, audiology, jewellery and manufacturing production. Available in 45, 65 and 80 µm configurations, it combines a large 200 mm build height with Asiga’s precision process monitoring and open-material flexibility.

Asiga’s open-material platform can be paired with compatible Monocure3D UV/DLP resins. Monocure3D can help select a suitable resin and provide an appropriate Composer starting profile for your application.

The Asiga PRO 4K is engineered for high-throughput digital production. Three optical configurations let users balance detail and build area, from the PRO 4K45 through to the broad-format PRO 4K80. A 200 mm build height, Asiga Composer software, Smart Positioning System and multiple wavelength options make it suitable for validated professional material workflows. Monocure3D can help match the system to a compatible resin and application.
