Formlabs Form 4B

The Formlabs Form 4B is a fast, professional MSLA printer designed for dental and medical production. Its advanced Low Force Display™ Print Engine, 50 μm pixel size and 200 × 125 × 210 mm build volume deliver accurate parts, smooth surfaces and consistent results across the build platform.

With Open Material Mode included, the Form 4B can also use compatible third-party 405 nm photopolymer resins. Contact Monocure3D for resin compatibility, recommended starting settings and calibration support.

The Formlabs Form 4B delivers outstanding speed, accuracy and reliability for professional dental and medical 3D printing. It is designed for producing dental models, orthodontic appliances, surgical guides, restorative models, anatomical models and selected medical devices with consistent, production-ready results.
Its advanced Low Force Display™ Print Engine combines high-intensity LEDs, collimating lenses, optical filters and a durable liquid crystal display to cure each resin layer rapidly and uniformly. A 50 μm pixel size and 200 × 125 × 210 mm build volume provide the fine detail and capacity required for demanding professional workflows.
The included Open Material Mode enables experienced users to print with compatible third-party 405 nm photopolymer resins, including selected Monocure3D products. Settings can vary according to the resin, colour, layer height and intended application.
Contact Monocure3D for compatible resin recommendations, tested starting settings and calibration guidance for the Form 4B. Always confirm exposure with a calibration model before beginning production printing.
