UltraCraft MMF is HeyGears’ specialist production platform for one-piece digital dentures. Its dual-material DLP process integrates denture base and teeth without a separate adhesive bonding stage, helping laboratories reduce manual work and improve repeatability. The 163.2 × 91.8 × 110 mm build volume, 42.5 µm native pixel size and ±21.3 µm stated accuracy support precise dental production.
