A high-performance UV laser combined with a precision digital galvanometer produces a finely focused 0.1 mm laser spot, delivering excellent detail, smooth surface finishes, and consistent dimensional accuracy across the entire build platform. Scan speeds of up to 6,000 mm per second help maximise productivity while maintaining outstanding print quality.
The LT1200 incorporates laser-based liquid level monitoring to maintain stable printing conditions during long production runs. A removable resin tank simplifies cleaning and material changes, while the robust industrial construction is designed for continuous operation in demanding manufacturing environments.
Compatible with the full range of Monocure3D SLA resins, including engineering, casting, high-temperature, flexible, and specialist materials, the LT1200 can also be paired with custom resin formulations developed for specific production requirements.
