Its advanced top-down Digital Light Processing (DLP) system uses a high-resolution 4K projector to cure each layer in a single exposure, delivering exceptional dimensional accuracy and consistent surface quality across the entire build platform. The top-down architecture minimises peel forces, providing stable printing conditions for both large parts and high-volume batch production.
With a generous 384 × 216 × 380 mm build volume, the DLP400 is well suited to producing large engineering components, multiple dental models, jewellery casting patterns, production tooling, and functional prototypes in a single print job. The printer supports a wide range of 405 nm Monocure3D resins, including engineering, dental, flexible, casting, and standard materials. For fully automated resin management, the DLP400 is AutoFILL™ compatible, maintaining consistent resin levels during long print jobs to reduce operator intervention and support continuous production.
