Heat Resistant Dental Model Resin

THERMO Heat Resistant Dental Resin is designed for accurate dental models that need to maintain their shape and dimensional stability when exposed to elevated temperatures. With heat resistance up to 120°C, it is ideal for pressure vacuum forming, thermoforming and other heat-exposed dental applications where standard model resins may soften or distort.

Accurate, Smooth and Reliable

THERMO produces smooth, highly detailed models with excellent dimensional accuracy and a refined surface finish. Its easy-release formula helps simplify post-processing, while the low-odour formulation provides a more comfortable printing experience in dental laboratories and production environments.

Optimised for MSLA and DLP

Available in dedicated MSLA and DLP formulations, THERMO offers reliable printing across a wide range of professional dental 3D printers. It supports layer heights from 10 to 100 microns, allowing users to balance print speed, surface quality and detail depending on the application.

Available in Almond and Grey and proudly developed and manufactured in Australia, THERMO provides a reliable combination of heat resistance, accuracy and ease of use for modern digital dental workflows.
