TrueShade™ Denture Base Toners are pre-formulated colour concentrates developed specifically for Monocure3D Clear Denture Base Resin.
Simply select your preferred shade, choose either a 5% semi-translucent or 10% opaque result, then mix by weight to achieve a consistent, natural-looking denture base colour.
The same TrueShade™ toner system can be used with both Monocure3D DLP and MSLA Clear Denture Base Resins.

Mixing Tips
SHAKE WELL
Shake the TrueShade™ Toner thoroughly before measuring. The colour concentrate must be completely uniform before use.
WEIGH ACCURATELY
Weigh the calculated amount of Clear Denture Base Resin and TrueShade™ Toner using accurate digital scales.
MIX THOROUGHLY
Add the measured toner to the Clear Denture Base Resin and mix slowly and thoroughly until the colour is completely uniform.
SCRAPE THE CONTAINER
Scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container to ensure all toner is incorporated evenly.
AVOID EXCESS AIR
Mix carefully to minimise introducing unnecessary air bubbles into the resin.
ALLOW BUBBLES TO SETTLE
After mixing, allow any incorporated air bubbles to settle before filling the printer vat.
MIX AGAIN BEFORE PRINTING
Give the prepared resin a gentle final mix immediately before pouring it into the printer vat.
PROTECT FROM UV
Keep the toner and mixed resin away from direct sunlight and unnecessary UV exposure during preparation.
IMPORTANT
TrueShade™ Toner is a concentrated colouring formulation and must not be printed on its own.
Always shake the toner thoroughly before use. Use clean mixing equipment to prevent contamination between shades.
The selected quantity in this calculator is the total finished resin quantity, including both Clear Denture Base Resin and TrueShade™ Toner.
For best repeatability, record the amount of Clear Denture Base Resin and TrueShade™ Toner used for each case.
Always ensure the printed part is thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and completely dry before post-curing. Refer to the applicable Instructions for Use and Technical Data Sheet for the complete validated workflow.
