ACF Advanced Release Film is a next-generation separation film engineered for high-performance bottom-up MSLA resin 3D printing.
Designed for printers where easy release, low peel force, and reliable separation are critical, ACF is especially useful for large-format MSLA printers, flat models, intricate designs, and high-detail production work. Its advanced flexible structure helps reduce stress on printed parts during the peel process, improving print success and helping minimise issues such as warping, delamination, or failed layers.
Made from a proprietary blend of FEP and PTFE, ACF combines excellent release characteristics with strong chemical resistance and optical clarity. This allows UV light to pass through effectively for accurate curing while providing a smooth release surface for demanding resin printing applications.
Compared with standard separation films such as FEP or PFA, ACF is softer and more flexible, allowing it to absorb some of the mechanical force generated during layer separation. This makes it an excellent choice for large, flat, or complex prints where adhesion to the vat film can otherwise create print failures.
ACF Advanced Release Film is suitable for professional workflows across engineering, dental, manufacturing, prototyping, and high-precision model making. It is ideal for users producing detailed models, functional components, trays, appliances, tooling, fit checks, industrial parts, and large-scale prototypes.
For best results, ensure the film is installed correctly, with the glossy side facing the resin vat and the matte side facing the LCD screen. Always calibrate exposure settings when changing resin, printer, or film type, and inspect the film regularly for signs of wear, scratches, deformation, or damage.
Each pack includes 1 x XXL ACF sheet, ready to trim and install into your resin vat.
