PLATEBOND Adhesion Promoter for Resin 3D Printing
M/3DPB-3793-30B
Monocure3D PLATEBOND Adhesion Promoter is a UV-cured build plate adhesion promoter formulated to improve first-layer grip during resin 3D printing. It creates a reliable interface between the build surface and the first printed layers, helping reduce lifting, curling, warping and early separation.
PLATEBOND is particularly useful for challenging prints, models with large flat surfaces, older or worn build plates and printing in colder environments where resin flow and adhesion may be less consistent. It is compatible with MSLA, LCD and DLP resin 3D printers and can be used with Monocure3D resins and many other UV-curable photopolymer systems.
Application is straightforward. Begin with a clean, dry and correctly levelled build plate. Apply a few drops of PLATEBOND and spread them across the required printing area to form a thin, even coating. There is no need to cure it separately—the printer’s initial base-layer exposures activate the material as the print begins.
PLATEBOND is intended to support a correctly prepared printing workflow and should not replace proper levelling, suitable base exposure settings or build-plate maintenance. If a finished model is difficult to remove, applying warm water to the back of the plate may assist release.
Wear suitable protective equipment, keep the container closed when not in use and store it in a cool, dark and dry location.
Monocure3D PLATEBOND is a specially formulated adhesion promoter designed to help resin 3D prints stick securely to the build plate from the very first layer.
Developed for use with UV-cured photopolymer resin systems, PLATEBOND creates a reliable interface between the build plate and the first printed layer. This helps improve adhesion during the early stages of printing, reducing the risk of first-layer separation, curling, lifting, and warping.
PLATEBOND is ideal for difficult prints, large surface-area models, older or worn build plates, and situations where reliable first-layer adhesion is harder to achieve. It is also useful when printing in colder environments, where resin flow and adhesion can become less consistent.
Simple to apply, PLATEBOND is used by spreading a thin, even layer onto a clean build plate before printing. During the initial exposure phase, the material cures with the resin to help form a strong base layer, improving print reliability from the ground up.
Compatible with MSLA, LCD, and DLP resin 3D printers, PLATEBOND works with Monocure3D resins as well as many third-party UV resin systems. It is a practical workflow product for hobby users, workshops, dental labs, print farms, and professional resin printing environments.
Choose Monocure3D PLATEBOND when you need stronger first-layer adhesion, fewer early print failures, and more reliable resin printing results.
