Monocure3D Tensile+ Resin is a high-performance engineering resin developed for applications where strength, accuracy, and reliability are essential.

As the next evolution of Monocure3D’s original TENSILE formulation, Tensile+ has been redesigned to deliver strong mechanical performance while being easier to print across a wide range of resin 3D printers. It is ideal for engineers, professionals, makers, and serious hobbyists who need durable parts without the difficult tuning often associated with high-strength resins.

Tensile+ produces parts with excellent tensile strength, toughness, surface detail, and dimensional accuracy. Its improved formulation helps resist cracking and failure under stress, making it suitable for functional components that need to retain their shape under load.

The updated resin chemistry also helps reduce warping, shrinkage, and internal stress during printing and curing. This allows printed parts to remain true to size and shape, making Tensile+ a strong choice for functional prototypes, workshop tools, jigs, fixtures, brackets, housings, and end-use parts.

Designed for practical workflows, Tensile+ maintains efficient curing performance with strong interlayer bonding. It is compatible with 385nm to 405nm UV printers, including most MSLA and DLP systems, and is formulated for lower odour and straightforward post-processing.

Proudly developed and manufactured in Australia, Monocure3D Tensile+ Resin is batch-tested for consistency and supported by local technical expertise. Choose Tensile+ for strong, accurate parts with dependable results and a smoother printing experience.

At Monocure3D, quality is at the centre of everything we manufacture.
Every product is developed and produced in Australia using carefully
selected raw materials and undergoes strict quality control testing
before leaving our facility. Every production
batch is tested against the previous approved batch to ensure colour,
performance and consistency remain as close as possible. Our Quality
Control results are available online, providing complete transparency
and confidence in the products you purchase. Our
experienced technical support team is always available to help you
achieve the best possible results. Whether you need assistance selecting
the right material, optimising your printer settings or troubleshooting
a print, we’re here to help.

If you experience a problem with one of our products, please contact us with the following information:

  • The product name and batch number (printed on every bottle)
  • Your printer make and model
  • Photos of the printed part and the issue
  • Screenshots of your print settings
  • A brief description of the problem

Providing this information allows our team to identify the cause much
more quickly and provide accurate recommendations. If we determine that
a product is faulty or not performing as intended, we will work with
you to resolve the issue and, where
appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with
