Monocure3D TRAY Biocompatible Dental Resin is a professional dental 3D printing resin developed for producing accurate, durable, and patient-ready custom impression trays.

Designed for use in implant, denture, crown, bridge, and restorative workflows, TRAY Resin allows dental labs and clinics to produce tailored impression trays directly from digital designs. This helps improve accuracy, reduce manual labour, and streamline the impression-taking process.

Engineered for speed and efficiency, TRAY Resin can be printed at 150-micron layer heights, allowing full custom trays to be produced quickly without sacrificing accuracy or reliability. This makes it ideal for busy dental labs that require high-throughput production and consistent results.

Once cured, TRAY Resin provides the strength and rigidity needed to withstand the forces involved in impression-taking and tray removal. It maintains structural integrity even at thin cross-sections, with a minimum thickness of 2mm recommended for reliable performance.

Digitally printed custom trays offer excellent repeatability and dimensional accuracy compared with traditional hand-made methods. TRAY Resin is compatible with a range of dental materials, including compound waxes, border moulding materials, and standard impression materials, making it a versatile choice for clinical and laboratory workflows.

The distinctive solid aqua colour provides strong visibility during use, helping clinicians identify details clearly during impression-taking. Its odourless and tasteless formulation helps improve patient comfort during intraoral applications.

TRAY Biocompatible Dental Resin is available in tailored formulations for MSLA and DLP 3D printers and is compatible with a broad UV range of 365–405nm. It is ARTG-registered for intraoral use under ARTG No. 398012 when correctly processed according to instructions.
