International Shipping Options
DHL – International Express (Excludes PO Boxes)
DHL Express provides fast, reliable international shipping using land and air transport. It is the quickest option for major international cities, and delivery typically takes 3-5 days.
– DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes – a full street address is required.
– Customs import duty and tax charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL with your tracking number.
Australia Post – International Standard
Australia Post International Standard service offers a cost-effective shipping option for international customers. Delivery to major global cities typically takes 10-15 days.

Domestic Shipping Options (Australia)
StarTrack – Australia Express
StarTrack Express provides fast nationwide delivery within Australia using land transport. Estimated delivery times:
– Metro areas: 1-2 business days
– Regional areas: Allow an extra 1-2 days
This is the best option if your order is over 20kg and needs to be delivered to a P.O. Box. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email notifications and a tracking number. . You can track your shipment via the StarTrack website.
Australia Post – Regular Parcel
Australia Post’s Parcel Post service covers all of Australia, with estimated delivery times as follows:
– NSW (Metro): 2 business days
– NSW (Regional): Up to 5 business days
– Other states: 3-6 business days, depending on the destination
Once dispatched, you will receive email notifications and a tracking number. . You can track your shipment via the Australia Post website.
Australia Post – Express
This is the fastest domestic shipping option, offering next-day delivery to most metro areas in Australia.
– Exceptions: Darwin & Perth require additional transit time.
– Regional and country areas may take 1-2 extra days.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders where the sole purpose is to avoid paying import duty and tax. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon entry to certain countries. Please use this Duty Calculator (enter ‘Resin’ in the product description box) to estimate any applicable costs before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
A product may only be returned for a refund if it has a major issue, including but not limited to:
• A defect that would have prevented you from purchasing had you been aware of it.
• The product is significantly different from the sample or description.
• The product is substantially unfit for its intended purpose and not repairable within a reasonable timeframe.
• The product is not performing as expected and is not fixable within a reasonable timeframe.
• The product is unsafe.
Return Process
If you believe you are eligible for a return, please contact us first before sending the product back. We retain samples of all recent batches and can quickly assess whether the issue is batch-related.
For a return to be considered:
• The product must be returned in its original container with the majority of the resin remaining and free from contamination.
• Once received, our chemists will examine the product for any defects.
If a fault is confirmed, you will receive a full refund, including all shipping costs. If the product is found to have no issues, you may be required to cover transport and/or inspection costs.
Reseller Purchases
If you purchased through a reseller, please contact them directly for any return or refund requests. If they believe there is a batch-related issue, they will contact us for further investigation.
