The improved formulation provides a professional matte surface finish while remaining stable in the vat without pigment settling, helping maintain consistent colour and print performance throughout longer print runs. Enhanced build plate adhesion, particularly with DLP systems, also helps improve print reliability and reduce failures. It is designed to help dental professionals achieve repeatable results without common issues such as warping, cracking, or poor surface quality.
For consistent results with PRECISE+ Dental Model Resin, shake or mix the material thoroughly before initially pouring it into the vat. Once in the vat, the non-settling formulation eliminates the need for regular stirring between prints. Confirm the recommended settings for your printer and complete a small calibration print before starting a large job. Work in a well-ventilated area, wear suitable gloves and eye protection, and follow the product safety information. Store the container tightly closed, upright and away from direct sunlight.
