DHL – International Express (Excludes PO Boxes)
DHL Express use land and air transport to deliver our products. For overseas’s deliveries, this is the fastest option for customers in major international cities with delivery usually between 3-5 days! DHL will NOT deliver to P.O.Boxes – they will require a full address. Please be aware of your local customs import duty and tax charges, this is the responsibility of the customer. When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email from DHL, this will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

AUSTRALIA POST – International Standard

Australia Post International Standard service uses land and air transport to deliver our products. For overseas’s customers in major international cities should see orders delivered between 10-15 days.  Please be aware of your local customs import duty and tax charges, this is the responsibility of the customer. When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email from AUSTRALIA POST, this will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment. Startrack – Australia Express
Startrack Express use land transport to deliver to all of Australia, your order should normally take 1-2 days to most major cities within Australia. Deliveries to regional areas will require an extra 1-2 days for delivery. If you would like your order (under 4kgs) to be sent to a PO Box then this is the best option for you. When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent email notifications and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Australia Post – Regular Parcel
Australia Post parcel post service covers all of Australia. If you are ordering within NSW you should receive your order within 2 business days for Metro area’s or up to 5 business days for country areas. If you live outside of NSW, your order could take up to 3-6 business days, depending on the final destination. When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent email notifications and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Australia Post – Express
This option offers fast, next day delivery to most Metro areas within Australia (except Darwin & Perth). Please allow 1-2 extra days for regional and country areas.

In-Store Pick up

Returns

We will not accept returns or issue refunds so you can avoid paying import duty & tax. Please be aware that these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the buyer on entry to some countries. Use this Duty Calculator to work out the cost before ordering. A product can only be returned for a refund if there is a major problem with it:

it has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you knew about it
it is significantly different from the sample or description
it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
it is unsafe.

If you feel that you are entitled to return a product, please contact us first as we keep retained samples of all recent batches. We can easily examine the sample to check if it is a batch issue. You are responsible for returning the resin in its original container with the majority of the product remaining and without any contamination. Upon receiving the product, the chemists will examine it to check for any issues. If there is found to be a problem with the resin, you will be entitled to a full refund of the product, including all shipping costs. If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport and/or inspection costs.

If you purchased from one of our resellers, please contact them in regards to a return or refund. They will contact us if it is believed to be a batch issue.
