Approval Process: Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance as a Monocure3D wholesaler or reseller.. All applications are subject to review and approval by Monocure3D.
Access to the B2B Portal: Upon approval, resellers and wholesalers will be granted access to Monocure3D’s exclusive Business to Business (B2B) Portal, which offers flexible payment options, wholesale pricing, and multiple shipping methods. Access is conditional upon continued compliance with the obligations set out for resellers and wholesalers.
Reseller and Wholesaler Obligations: • Resellers: Approved resellers agree to follow Monocure3D’s reseller policies, including maintaining minimum advertised pricing (MAP), promoting Monocure3D products in a professional manner, and ensuring accurate product representation. • Wholesalers: Approved wholesalers agree to stock a minimum quantity of Monocure3D products as per the agreed terms and maintain accurate inventory records. Wholesalers are responsible for marketing and distribution within their region.
Order Fulfilment: Resellers: Resellers are responsible for placing orders through the B2B Portal. Monocure3D will fulfil orders based on stock availability and according to the agreed terms. Wholesalers: Wholesalers must maintain a consistent inventory of Monocure3D products and place bulk orders through the B2B Portal. Wholesalers may be eligible for additional discounts or extended payment terms, subject to approval.
Payment Terms: Payment terms are flexible but subject to approval. Resellers and wholesalers must comply with agreed payment schedules to maintain access to the B2B Portal. Failure to meet payment terms may result in suspension or termination of reseller or wholesaler status.
Termination: Monocure3D reserves the right to terminate reseller or wholesaler agreements at any time if the obligations outlined above are not met, or if any conduct is deemed damaging to the Monocure3D brand.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
