Monocure3D offers flexible payment terms for B2B customers who meet specific criteria. Please carefully review the following payment terms to ensure a smooth process and protect both parties.

Eligibility for Payment Terms

Minimum Order Requirement: Payment terms are available only for orders with a total value exceeding AUD $1000. Orders below this threshold must be paid in full before despatch.
New Customers: New customers may be asked to complete a certain number of pre-paid orders before becoming eligible for payment terms. This allows us to establish a solid and trusted business relationship.

Payment Terms Options

Net 30 Days: Orders exceeding AUD 1000 are eligible for standard payment terms, typically Net 30 (30 days from the invoice date).
Late Payment Policy: A 5% late fee will be applied to all overdue balances not settled within the agreed payment term.

Credit Application Process

To apply for payment terms, you must complete a credit application. All applications are subject to a credit assessment before terms are granted.

Order History and Account Standing

Your order history and payment reliability will be considered when offering payment terms. Customers who maintain a consistent, positive payment record may qualify for more favourable terms.

Suspension of Payment Terms

In the event of late or missed payments, Monocure3D reserves the right to suspend credit terms. Payment on delivery or prepayment will be required until the account is returned to good standing.
