Quick Start Guide | Get the Best Results with IncredaFILL®
1. Apply
Using a flexible applicator or a gloved finger and apply the filler paste in thin layers.
2. Cure
To set hard, cure for 10 seconds using 395-405nm Ultra-Violet (UV) light source.
3. Sand
Sand smooth by stepping from course to fine grades of wet or dry sandpaper.
4. Finish
For best results, use quality spray paints or an airbrush. Finish with a clear coat for ultimate protection and durability.

This ready-mixed urethane polymer filler uses advanced UV light technology to cure instantly! It is packed in a PET UV-safe black screw-top container with a protective internal seal as double protection to prevent accidental opening in daylight. Store in a dark, cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wipe surfaces and clean equipment with RESINAWAY® EZY Wipes or IPA.
2. UV LED 395nm Torch
This ultimate LED UV 395nm torch from UltraFire has a black aluminium alloy body, an optical zooming lens for precision focusing & spot curing, and powerful LEDs (3.7V-8.4V) powered by an 18650 rechargeable battery (included). An impressive waterproof rating of IPX4. The compact size (12.3cm X 2.8cm) is small enough to carry in a pocket.
3. Battery + Smart Recharger
The powerful 18650 battery and the accompanying USB smart recharger give the UV Torch the power it needs to cure IncredaFILL® quickly! This long-lasting rechargeable battery delivers an impressive 3.7 Volts. The recharge time is ultra-fast, and the recharger has smart sensor technology to prevent overcharging.
4. UV Safety Glasses

Clean and Dry Surfaces
Before applying IncredaFILL®, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from loose material or contaminants. Use a damp cloth or tack rag to wipe away dust, grease, or debris for optimal adhesion and results.
Use a Flexible Applicator
Using a flexible applicator, firmly press the IncredaFILL® paste onto the surface. Ensure the filler is evenly spread and adheres well to the material for a smooth and durable finish.
Apply Thin, Even Layers
Apply IncredaFILL® in thin layers to the surface. Gradually build up the material to the desired thickness, ensuring each layer is fully cured before applying the next. This technique ensures proper curing and a strong, durable finish.
Use a 395-405nm UV Light
Cure IncredaFILL® by exposing it to a 395-405nm LED UV light source until the material hardens. Hold the light close to the surface and move it in a consistent pattern for optimal results to ensure even curing.
How to Use IncredaFILL® | Step-by-Step Instructions
- Wear Protective Gear: Always wear gloves, UV safety glasses, and a certified dust mask when sanding. Avoid breathing fumes or dust.
- Prepare the Surface: Lightly sand if necessary, then clean the area with a damp rag to remove dust and contaminants. Work indoors and away from UV light.
- Open the Product: Remove the safety seal carefully to prevent accidental UV exposure.
- Apply the Filler: Use a flexible applicator to scoop a small amount of filler. Apply in thin layers, smoothing as you go to reduce sanding time.
Pro Tip: Avoid overfilling to save time during sanding. - Cure the Material: Use a 395-405nm UV light to cure for 5-10 seconds per section. For deeper holes, apply and cure in layers. Alternatively, use sunlight for larger areas.
Pro Tip: Move the light in a zig-zag pattern for even curing. - Clean the Surface: Wipe cured material with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to remove residue.
- Sand the Filler: Start with coarse sandpaper (60-100 grit) to remove excess filler. Progress to finer grits (e.g., 120, 240, 400, 800) for a smooth finish.
Pro Tip: Wet sanding reduces dust and prevents clogging. - Prime and Finish: Use a tack rag to remove dust, then apply a primer. Once dry, add a topcoat.
