Description

The Chitu Systems 405nm UV Meter is a precision tool developed for resin 3D printers to measure the intensity of 405nm UV light. By accurately monitoring your printer’s light output, you can ensure that curing power remains consistent over time, avoiding failed prints or under-cured models.

This UV meter is an essential accessory for calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. It allows you to quickly assess whether your printer’s LED array is functioning at the correct output levels, helping extend the lifespan of your equipment and maintain print quality.

Compact and easy to use, the Chitu UV Meter is suitable for hobbyists, professionals, and labs that require accurate resin curing conditions.

Remember:

  1. It requires a 5V voltage supply; the best way to do this is to use the board’s USB port directly before printing.
  2. Keep away from resin. If resin leaks on the probe, clean it with isopropyl alcohol with cotton.
  3. Extreme temperatures above 70℃ and below -10℃ can impact measurements; use in the indoor environment only.

Most 3d printers come with different screens and light sources. Because of the differences between UV light and screen transition rate, it is normal that you get other data in different test points.
