Description

The LT600 from Lightcured Technologies is a production-scale industrial SLA system engineered for dimensional accuracy, process stability and repeatable output in demanding environments.

A custom-configured UV laser module, coupled with a high-precision digital galvanometer scanning system, enables rapid vector scanning with tightly controlled beam positioning. The 0.1 mm focal spot supports fine feature reproduction, consistent cure depth and sharp edge definition across the full build area.

Integrated laser-based resin level monitoring maintains stable processing conditions during extended builds, reducing variation caused by resin depletion or uneven surface levels. This improves layer consistency and enables reliable long-duration operation.
