Description
The LT600 from Lightcured Technologies is a production-scale industrial SLA system engineered for dimensional accuracy, process stability and repeatable output in demanding environments.
A custom-configured UV laser module, coupled with a high-precision digital galvanometer scanning system, enables rapid vector scanning with tightly controlled beam positioning. The 0.1 mm focal spot supports fine feature reproduction, consistent cure depth and sharp edge definition across the full build area.
Integrated laser-based resin level monitoring maintains stable processing conditions during extended builds, reducing variation caused by resin depletion or uneven surface levels. This improves layer consistency and enables reliable long-duration operation.
The modular, removable resin tank assembly is designed for efficient material changeover and scheduled maintenance. Wear components can be replaced without complex disassembly, supporting reduced downtime in production settings.
With a large-format build envelope and compatibility across the Monocure3D resin portfolio, including customised formulations, the LT600 provides a controlled, scalable platform for engineering prototypes, tooling, architectural models, and specialised industrial components.
High precision stereolithography with closed-loop galvo scanning
Dual-axis galvanometer mirrors deliver accurate laser positioning across the entire build plane. The scanning system maintains dimensional stability and repeatability for large-format components and batch production.
Custom UV laser module with 0.1 mm focal spot
The integrated UV laser is configured for a nominal 0.1 mm spot size, enabling fine feature resolution, sharp internal geometries and controlled cure depth.
Large format 600 ร 600 ร 400 mm build envelope
The extended build volume supports full-scale prototypes, architectural sections and production tooling. Custom-built dimensions can be specified for specialised installations.
Adjustable layer thickness from 0.05 to 0.15 mm
Layer control allows optimisation of vertical resolution, surface finish and production cycle time to suit application requirements.
Material throughput up to 180 g per hour
Engineered for sustained output in production environments, balancing laser power, scan speed and cure parameters for efficient material utilisation.
Laser-based resin level monitoring
Integrated liquid-level sensing maintains a consistent resin depth during operation, supporting process stability and reducing the risk of layer inconsistencies.
Modular removable resin tank assembly
The tank design enables rapid material changeover, simplified cleaning procedures and straightforward replacement of wear components.
Validated compatibility with Monocure3D resin systems
Optimised for use with our full resin portfolio, including engineering, model, casting and customised formulations matched to the laser wavelength.
Industrial-grade chassis with accessible service architecture
A rigid structural frame minimises vibration and thermal distortion, while service panels provide direct access to critical components for maintenance and inspection.

When you purchase an SLA printer through us, you are not simply buying a machine. You are investing in a complete printing solution backed by local expertise and ongoing support.
We will ensure the printer is correctly configured, calibrated and operating as expected. If we recommend a specific model for your application, it is because we are confident it will perform in your environment and deliver consistent results.
As resin manufacturers, we have the advantage of controlling the material side of the equation. Our resins are tested and validated to work with the printerโs light engine and wavelength. If required, we can fine-tune formulations to suit your application, whether that is architectural models, film props, dental models or industrial components.
We will assist with initial setup, recommended print settings and resin selection. If adjustments are needed, we work through them methodically to achieve stable, repeatable performance.
Service and support are handled locally. We provide technical assistance, maintenance guidance, and access to spare parts. Should an issue arise, we take responsibility for resolving it quickly and professionally.
Our objective is simple. The printer must work reliably in your business. We want you to print successfully and consistently, because long-term resin supply and ongoing partnership depend on it.
All SLA printers we supply are backed by a comprehensive manufacturerโs warranty and supported locally by our team. Warranty terms vary by model and component, and full details are provided at the time of purchase.
As your Australian supplier, we act as your first point of contact for all technical matters. This means you are not dealing with overseas time zones or uncertain service channels. If a fault occurs, we will guide you through diagnosis and coordinate repair, replacement parts or return to base service where required.
We provide:
Initial setup guidance and configuration support
Assistance with slicer settings and print optimisation
Advice on maintenance and routine servicing
Access to genuine spare parts and consumables
Remote troubleshooting and technical support
Where applicable, we can arrange on-site service or structured remote sessions to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Because we also manufacture resin locally, we can support the entire workflow. If a print issue arises, we assess both hardware and material variables to identify the root cause. This integrated approach reduces downtime and avoids unnecessary part replacement.
Our goal is straightforward. The printer must operate reliably in your environment, and you must have clear access to practical, knowledgeable support when you need it.
