Saturn 4 Ultra 12K

The Saturn 4 Ultra delivers fast and crispy 12K prints using ordinary resin and the same PFA films we’ve seen on Saturn for years. The improvements are within the machine itself – it has auto levelling with built-in sensors, a print monitoring camera that can also shoot time lapses and a vat that gently peels each layer off the film by tilting.

The Saturn 4 Ultra adopts tilt release technology, allowing the model to quickly peel off the release film by tilting the resin tank. This innovation enables a fast printing speed of up to 150mm/h, and you can easily switch between fast and slow print modes as needed, offering flexible and efficient printing experiences.

With a 10-inch 12K mono LCD, the Saturn 4 Ultra boasts an incredible resolution of 11520×5120 and an XY resolution of 19×24μm, ensuring models come out with stunning clarity and precision. When the COB light source emits light at 405nm in combination with the Fresnel collimating lens, it achieves ultra-low astigmatism at 0.5%, with 92% field uniformity and angle deviation control below 5°, producing highly accurate and detailed results.

Additionally, the Saturn 4 Ultra features a one-click self-check, quickly verifying the functionality of its components before each print, and one-click automatic levelling, which uses intelligent mechanical sensors to automatically level the build plate, saving you time and effort.

The VAT isn’t the only thing that tilts; so does the hood. The hood – which protects the uncured resin from ambient UV exposure – is on a hinge that can be tilted back with one hand. No more grabbing the lid with two hands and trying to find a place to set it down. This may seem like a small detail, but it’s a huge help, mainly when you have limited workspace.
